My current owner has loved me dearly from they day they bought me, but as with so many things, it's time they moved on in a different direction. They have cared for me in so many ways. Making sure I had beautiful wood floors and concrete counter tops. My covered patio faces east to get all of the morning sun while I protect you from the hot afternoon rays. In 2022 my current owners put a new water heater in me. In 2023 I was lucky enough to get a new roof and gutters along with a garage heater giving me a fantastic space to work in cold Colorado winters. Just this year in Aug of 2024 I got a new air conditioner and furnace. My couple of sheds offer plenty of space for storage along with a unfinished space inside. All of my major components are fresh and ready for whomever comes along to love me next.
