Kitchen with newer appliances, bath upgraded, laundry room with newer washer and dryer, and large one car garage downstairs. Large fenced yard and open yard. Gated driveway. Must be okay with animals on the property. Pets on approval must get along with other animals sharing fences. No additional pet rent. No smoking in the home or on the property. Rent is $2200, including garbage, Hughesnet internet, water/ sewer, and electricity included (if the bill is excessive additional fee is added but capped). First month rent and $2200 security deposit, willing to divide some of the deposit over the first 6 months. Prefer a 6 month lease with option to renew. Some furnishings are available if needed. Will need to fill out an application and have proof of income. Serious inquiries only, please. Pets on owner approval with additional deposit, no "pet rent". Renters' insurance is strongly recommended. The attached one-car garage is included with room to park 2 or 3 other vehicles outside, vehicles must be in working condition. The renter agrees to follow all barn rules regarding interacting with farm animals. The renter will reasonably participate in maintaining the personal yard and some shared spaces on the property. No large gatherings without prior landlord approval. If the driveway gate is open, leave it open, if it is closed please close it behind you. The landlord will accept a reusable tenant screening report if less than 2 yrs old, a copy of a current credit report, 2 most recent pay stubs and 3 personal or professional references if a previous landlord reference is unavailable.
