The private bedroom with private ensuite full bath is located on the 1st floor with a rent of $1250/month. There is no one else living on the 1st floor so you have your full privacy. The room is 13' x 10' unfurnished with a leasing term of ONE year. The Security Deposit is ONE month's rent and is due upon signing the lease. A shorter leasing term is available upon discussion. Located in the Bayshore community in Newark, the house is 2 miles from the Dumbarton Bridge, 3 miles from I-880, 9 miles from Facebook Menlo Park, and 15 miles from Google Mountain View.
