The natural gas radiant heat keeps the house very cozy and warm in the winter while the stucco exterior keeps the house cool in the summer. There are two bedrooms on the main floor. A full size bathroom with separate shower and tub are located just off the master bedroom on main floor. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, one at the front of the house and the other at the back, with a half bath connected to the back bedroom. There is a very large, clean, and dry unfinished basement with lots of storage space. The washer and dryer hook-ups are in the basement. This house also has an attached oversized, one-car garage that connects directly to the basement. Lawn service and garbage collection are paid by the landlord.
