Never has it been a rental. I have invested money and time, and love over the years to make this a wonderful home. It is an end unit, on the 3rd floor, with a partial ocean view, and a puakenekene tree right outside for shade and privacy. Custom (no rust/no tear) Screen Doors for Lanai, Washer/Dryer in unit, fairly new water heater, new air conditioner in living room, new refrigerator, new toilet, updated kitchen, new (no rust/no tear) security door, and other improvements throughout. You've got to see it to appreciate it! This area is truly the best place to live on Maui. Just a short walk to the beach park, and the farmers market. Bus stop right outside property. Minutes from town but far enough you're not in it. Light rain at night to keep everything green, and sunny during the days. Trades blow right through the home to keep it cool. I love this place. Small condominium with only 30 units, all owner occupied or long term rentals. Cats or birds allowed, but must be inside the unit. NO VACATION RENTALS!!! Woo Hoo!! Very Quiet because it is all concrete. Neighbors are all amazing! We are a little Ohana here at Leinani. Everyone watches out for each other.
