The basement is large with plenty of storage and a washer/dryer. It's an easy walk to Northbound Pub, Everett's Market or 40th Street Park! Renter is responsible for paying all utilities. We provide basic landscaping maintenance in the spring/fall but snow shoveling and lawn mowing are renter's responsibility. Lease duration is 1 year. This is a non-smoking house.
