If a fine is assessed, it will be your responsibility to pay for it. Trash cans are stored inside the garage except for the night before trash day. Monitoring of the unit is for both our safety and yours. We DO use decibel sensors, smart doorbells, and smart sensors to detect tobacco and/or marijuana. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. If something breaks or a stain is done by accident on the furniture, notify us immediately so housekeepers can be equipped to fix the issue after your departure.
