My summer has run shorter than expected and I think finishing my project is going to be really drawn out so I would like to offer it up for whoever might be interested. its a 3 bed 2 bath place on a permanent foundation so it can be financed and is considered realestate not a mobile home. The good news is that almost everthing is new or redone. It has: new siding new pressure tank and control box new windows all the walls have been tape textured and painted popcorn cieling removed doors have all been replaced all the floors have been replaced freshly painted cabinets redone countertops new dishwasher (still needs installed) new stove and microwave All that needs to be finished is the bathrooms, and trim. I think i have already purchsed all of the major stuff to finish it, may just needs some odds and ends as you get to it. Its got an awesome water well, i literally watered one of the pasture almost full time for a week to get a little grass for the horse. Its 4 acres, 3 inside the fences. It has a detached garage and is roughly 1500sqft of living spaces. The neighbors are really awesome too! It is in Canyon school district. The first picture is an arial view from right when we bought it so it has changed a bit but it shows you how the land is set up. Its right outside of Canyon on your way to Happy. It takes me just over 10 minutes to get to Canyon. Oh and did I mention there is a pot filler next to the stove?? Anyway if anyone is interested call or text me 575 420 7590.
