If you have hungry cows this is a great place for you. Good fences. I found a few trouble spots on the east boundary but mostly good shape and in great shape everywhere else. Good water, good cover and great hunting. The east boundary is private and public with the Deep Fork Wildlife. Did I say good hunting? Well it's worth repeating. Three found good ponds with a wet weather creek. Great south fence shared by neighbor. West and north boundaries good fence along section roads. Two homes on the property that are being sold in there "as is" condition. Disclaimer only on the homes but both have good roofs and could be good homes or hunting cabins. Two good two car garages. Miscellaneous old corrals and etc. Place has weeds but has a lot of good prairie and mixed grasses that needs some TLC and cropping down by hungry cows.
