Well positioned, CCISD Friendswood house with a back porch, wood-burning fireplace, refrigerator. No neighbors in the back and no houses facing the front. House has a microwave and fridge. LOTS of kitchen cabinets! New roof! Attic has new layer of insulation, which has brought down electric bill significantly! Renter pays for electricity, Internet, and water utility (includes trash/recycle service). Renter mows and upkeeps the lawn. I do have a washer and dryer, microwave and a refrigerator in the house. The house is all electric. I recently insulated the attic and the electric bill has been very favorable. I have a window unit in the kitchen for those heavy cooking days. Pet requires a deposit.
