Riverside Village contains some awesome places to eat and drink including; Mitchell Deli, Dose, BiteABit, Village Pub and Beer Garden and Castrillo's Pizza. There is also Riverside Village Pharmacy and clinic for any health-related needs. Riverside Rose is a fully-furnished corporate or long-term rental that has all the items you need and is move in ready. Ideal for a couple who is remodeling their current home, digital nomads, or someone who doesn't want the hassle of decorating and furnishing a house. Each applicant will be required to do a background and credit check for $39.99. Applicants with previous evictions or a credit scores below 600 will not be considered. First months rent and a security deposit of the equal amount is due prior to move in date. Riverside Rose is a fully-furnished corporate or long-term rental thus all utilities, including high-speed internet, is included with the rent. As an extended stay/corporate rental we've provided all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Unlike a traditional short-term rental, we do not provide all the amenities such as perishables, food, toiletries, paper-products, etc for your entire stay, but will ensure you have enough to get you through the first day or two. All tenants will also be required to pay a $150 cleaning fee by move-in date and a $250 pet deposit if a pet is approved to be in the rental. Any damage to the home including furniture or houshold goods will be deducted from the security deposit.
