Rock Creek Park less than a half mile away! I am a mid-thirties PhD student. I am clean, quiet, and considerate. I spend most of my time writing my dissertation in coffee shops around the city. I'm also a huge sports fan and spend a lot of time watching and talking about sports. I also like listening to music and exploring new bars and restaurants, including some of the really good local options in Cleveland Park. The rent for the room is $1249 + cable/internet, which includes HBO and Showtime (approx. $60).
