On the 1st floor are the Parlor, the dining room, 1 bedroom, 1 toilet, a bathroom, and the kitchen with a separate pantry room. On the 2nd floor are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 toilet room (yes, the bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms). Newly refinished wood floors. Large 960 sq. ft. full basement with washer and dryer. Close to downtown (20 min. by bicycle, 15 min by car). No animals or smokers.
