The house is located in the historic Germans-from-Russia community. The historic house was designed and built in 1911 by the renowned 20th century Portland architect Joseph Jacobberger. The house has 2 floors and is preserved in its original architectural condition inside and out except for new and updated electrical systems, fiber-optic high speed internet, some new plumbing, and a new furnace. On the 1st floor are the Parlor, the dining room, 1 bedroom, 1 toilet, a bathroom, and the kitchen with a separate pantry room. On the 2nd floor are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 toilet room (yes, the bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms). Newly refinished wood floors. Large 960 sq. ft. full basement with washer and dryer. Close to downtown (20 min. by bicycle, 15 min by car). No animals or smokers. After we have met and you inspected the house, you may fill out the application and return it to me. $50 per person screening fee. Owner pays for trash and recycling
