This is a two bedroom, two bath apartment, on the 4th floor, and is 1066 SQFT. The remainder of the lease will be transferred into your name; this is not a sublease. The apartment complex has a pool, spa, and gym for full access with covid-19 guidelines. The apartment comes with one covered parking space with plenty of other spots available, Washer and dryer included inside the apartment. Quiet apartment with good neighbors.
