It has washer + dryer in unit, an assigned parking space for convenience, and a balcony. Bus routes are just a few blocks away. A $250 deposit will be required for each parking pass (2 max.), as that is the cost of replacing each one. At the end of the lease, after the return of all parking passes, the deposited amount will be returned. The first lease term will be for 1 year, at the end of that first year, if both parties (tenant & landlord) agree, the lease term can be renewed for 1 or potentially more years.
