There is an inground pool that needs attention and I can have it resurfaced and fixed for another $5,000. All sizes and ages are approximate. Zillow's estimate was/is based on wrong facts. It had 0 bedrooms, 0 baths and only 840 sq ft with no land for their model pricing. I corrected the facts and they still haven't changed it from before.
