One bedroom apartment on the basement level of our home (approximately 850 square feet). The apartment is south-facing with a large window in each room. The entry is at ground level. The apartment does not feel like a basement. The house is on a wooded, 4 acre lot that adjoins a larger family farm with walking trails and a small stream. This is a rural location, but it is also convenient to Hunt Valley (20 minutes), I-83 (20 minutes), and Towson (25 minutes). We will consider applicants with one small pet (under 25 lbs.) The apartment will be open for viewing by appointment. All utilities and FIOS wifi included. $25 application fee to cover cost of background check
