From the seller: We love everything about this home. We walk to Starbucks some Saturday mornings and to the movie theater and restaurants some evenings. When it's hot we walk to the pool on the quiet streets that are shaded by enormous oak trees. Being so close to the hospital, we didn't even lose power during Florence. The street is quiet and tucked away: you wouldn't know it was here unless you were looking for it. The tall ceilings in the main bedroom make it feel bigger, although it's plenty spacious. The kitchen has perfect space for holiday meal prep; and we added a cozy breakfast nook which has hosted many wonderful conversations (and occasional naps). I haven't found a more peaceful spot than the backyard. The bamboo creates a whimsical, private setting. The spring and summer winds blend the smells from Confederate jasmine, lavender and the peach tea rose bush we planted. We hope you will love this home as much as we have.
