Dates can be a little flexible. *We are also open to renting it out for a portion of that time.* This could be a great setup if you have family coming into town or need a space during renovations. There is another bedroom in the basement with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The main floor has a kitchen, dining room and living room with tv. We have beautiful outdoor space, a screened in porch, a deck, gas grill, and a swing! We also have 1 off street parking spot and ample street parking. We're nestled on a lovely street in Brookland just a couple blocks to the Metro, Brookland Arts Walk and Farmers Market, Yes! Organic Market, neighborhood shops and local restaurants as well as Catholic University. The Franciscan Monastery and Turkey Thicket playground and recreation area are also within a few blocks.
