This is a well-built home designed by the Japanese designer Yasuko Kurisaka. It was designed for a lot of natural but indirect sunlight while maintaining privacy from the neighbors. It exceeds required insulation codes. There are two houses on this lot and this house is the one in back away from the street. It has a nice outdoor patio, but due to the proximity to three different neighbor houses we ask that you be extra respectful with noise. There is an additional pet deposit of $200 and $25 per month per pet. There is a separate pet agreement. The renters in the other house have an older, calm, large dog. They are great people that have lived there for years. Great neighborhood, quiet, yet close in! We do not provide W/D but the previous renters are leaving their machines so you are free to use, but we are not responsible for them. There is a bicycle garage. The off-street parking is for unit B. An instant gas water heater so you never run out of hot water! Call me and I will be happy to show it to you. I recommend that you drive by and observe from the sidewalk and get a sense of the neighborhood. Parks, library, Whole Foods, coffee shops all within easy walking distance. $35 application fee per adult. $150 of the security deposit is not refundable. Renter's insurance is required. Owner pays for regular weekly garbage pick-up. Renter is responsible for excess garbage. Renter pays for other utilities. Deposit is due at signing and rent is due on move-in and will be pro-rated to the end of the month. rent is then due on the first.
