This is a well-built home designed by the Japanese designer Yasuko Kurisaka. It was designed for a lot of natural but indirect sunlight while maintaining privacy from the neighbors. It exceeds required insulation codes. There are two houses on this lot and this house is the one in back away from the street. It has a nice outdoor patio, but due to the proximity to three different neighbor houses we ask that you be extra respectful with noise. There is an additional pet deposit of $200 and $25 per month per pet. There is a separate pet agreement. The renters in the other house have an older, calm, large dog. They are great people that have lived there for years. Great neighborhood, quiet, yet close in! We do not provide W/D but the previous renters are leaving their machines so you are free to use, but we are not responsible for them. There is a bicycle garage. The off-street parking is for unit B.
