Fantastic close in location in nice neighborhood. Large kitchen with lots of storage, brand new stove. Dishwasher and disposal included. Newer plumbing throughout and complete seismic upgrades. Dry clean basement. The "bedroom" on the first floor has the staircase to the 2nd floor so is more suited to an office. Application fee is $25/per adult at time of processing. We process applications one at a time. Owner pays for garbage and yard maintenance. There is a covered garbage area. No smoking. The is a set fee of $150 that will cover the cost of lock changing on move-out and it will be taken from the deposit. The driveway next to the house is for use of the renters in the rear house. Off street parking has not been a problem and there are usually parking spaces right in front. The 2nd floor bedrooms have AC window units installed that the previous renters left. We do not provide AC but you are free to use them. We have a two pet limit. Additional pet rent is $25 per pet. The basement has washer and dryer hook ups.
