This quaint older house has newly refinished wood floors, new interior paint, remodeled. There is a fenced front/side yard and small front porch. Bedrooms are quite small so not appropriate for larger family. We will consider one to two cats at this location with good references. More photos to come. No smoking is allowed. Tenant pays ALL utilities - water, gas, sewer, trash, etc. Half of last month's rent plus security deposit will be due in addition to pro-rated first month's rent.
