If you admit to a bankruptcy or eviction, there is no application fee. If you say you do not have a bankruptcy or eviction then there is a $30 application fee that we use to look for bankruptcy and evictions only. Other forms of bad credit are ok. It usually takes only 2 to 24 hours to give approval! We can do applications by email and text. The $30 application fee can be paid by credit or debit card over the phone.
