    Great income property opportunity! Rent one, live in one. All new electric, plumbing and roof. All work is permitted with LA city and permits were run through HPOZ to ensure the duplex exterior complied with the historic area. Each unit now has it’s own laundry area with hookups for a double-stack and both have mini-splits installed for heat/AC.
