All tenants are single young people working for a local Christian organization. Great tenants without any problems. Because of the original structure of the building, there is one electric meter, and one water bill, which means that the owner pays for that. However, average electric bill is about $450 and water bill is no more than $100. The electrical is set up to add electric meters in each apartment if landlord decides.
