With an open plan, 3 bedrooms, 1 updated bath, nice kitchen cabinets, full unfinished basement and a 2 car detached garage, on a nice quiet street, it's got possibilities. It needs paint, new flooring in the kitchen, a little bit of drywall work over the door to the second floor, and some work on the ''mostly'' complete new wood floor on second floor and steps this house would shine! The basement had water when we went. It was the day of the storm, so it's not surprising. I believe it may always get some water though.
