Since 2009 this house has been completely remodeled. The yard is beautiful, very private and surrounded by woods. The kitchen and bathroom were redone recently. The bathroom features a whirlpool tub and granite sink top. The kitchen has a gas range, an above range microwave, a new refrigerator and dishwasher. All windows were replaced within the last 3 years. The furnace and central air system are both less than 5 years old including the ducts. The shed was built last year, the electrical service and circuit box are new. The basement is finished, all except the laundry room. The 1st floor is 708 square feet, and there is another 500 square feet of finished space in the basement. Basement area has 2 separate rooms, one is used as a bedroom and one as a media room with projector. Also, the living room has recessed LED lighting that is very energy efficient, and the whole finished area of the basement has LED recessed lighting, all are dimmable.
