There is a private entrance, shared access to a large fenced-in yard, and the house is in a quiet, relaxed neighborhood in Brentwood, MD (Mt. Ranier) about 6 blocks from Northeast DC. The space has 1 br. and 1 office space. I am looking for 1, maybe 2 responsible people. Cats are acceptable, and possibly small dogs, but I will require a small pet deposit in addition to the security deposit. You must have a full-time job, good rental history, and be a nice, understanding person. Having said that, however, the WEST HYATTSVILLE Metro is about a 20 minute walk and you can bike there in about 6 minutes through the same trail (Green/ Yellow line).
