The area is within walking distance to several parks and open space areas including Harlow Park and Valley Vista Park, and just a mile to the South Platte River & Greenway Trail. 3705 Chimayo is a charming, recently remodeled and updated split-level home with a very large back yard, two patios, and open floor plan. Light spills into the living area with its many large windows in the surrounding the space. Mature trees and gardens frame the yard creating a quiet and private sanctuary with many birds, squirrels and bunnies. Yard maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant, and regular cleaning of the home is expected. Cable / internet could be negotiated but are assumed to be included in the price of the lease. The home is currently furnished, and the furniture (all or in part) could be included in the lease if desired, for an additional cost to be discussed by the parties.
