It is located in a quiet neighborhood just off Highway 50, nestled in the pines. The home is very close to the Heavenly California Base Lodge, which is located on Saddle Road & Wildwood Avenue. Right across from the Base Lodge parking lot is Himmel House which is a great restaurant for German-style food & beer. The Heavenly Gondola and Village is a short walk away, with lots of options for dining, shopping, and mountain activities. Tahoe Marina is a short drive away, where boats, paddle boards, and jet skis can be rented. The home is steps away from the Chonokis Road Trail and the Van Sickle Bi-State Park, which connects to some of the best hiking and mountain bicycling. This is the perfect home for year-round adventures in South Lake Tahoe.
For stays of 30+ days, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.

A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected 60 days before check-in. The security deposit amount is
$1,000 for stays of 30 nights
$2,000 for stays of 31-59 nights, and
$3,000 for stays of 60-90 nights.
Any costs incurred due to damage that were not paid for by Occupant during their stay will be withheld from the Security Deposit. Costs for additional cleaning of the home, if required beyond ordinary wear and tear, will be withheld from the Security Deposit. Any costs for repairs or cleaning exceeding the Security Deposit and previous payments for repairs made by the Occupant will be the financial responsibility of the Occupant. Any funds remaining in the Security Deposit not required to repair damage or for extra cleaning will be refunded within 21 days of departure.

Maximum 120 day rental. Occupant must agree to rental terms and sign Lease agreement. Occupant must provide valid credit card, ID, and agree to credit check. Occupants must abide by rules for vacation rentals as outlined in Lease agreement. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside or on the property. Owner pays utilities, water, and garbage service. Fees will include housekeeping every 30 days. Rent, cleaning and fees are not taxed. For cancellations more than 60 days prior to check in, rent and security deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations within 60 days of check in, security deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded. Rent will be forfeited. If the occupant chooses to bring a pet, a daily pet fee is added to rent. A $1000 security deposit is required for every 30 day increment. Renter's insurance is recommended.
