Hello, I am looking to fill 1 room in the ground floor of my duplex. This is a room share situation and the bathroom is shared by one other tenant. each room is single occupancy only. The ground floor has 2 large rooms, large living room and a full bath and kitchen. The basement has 2 large rooms, living room and a bathroom. I work for the Fire Department in Western Washington and I will be living/staying in the other side unit from time to time. Each floor has their own fridge, so 2 total. The unit has brand new HVAC, concrete patio, remodeled and modernized kitchen and bathroom. The ideal tenant would be: 20s-30s-year-old male or female. Someone that is clean, quiet and respectful, keeps shared spaces clean, pleasant to be around, social or not doesn't matter, stable job, good rental history, and references, pays rent on time, is considerate of other tenants. Preference will be shown to those that work in EMS, law enforcement, healthcare, military related industries. The Duplex: The Duplex is located around the N Belmond RD and Atlas Rd area, so its not in the busy part of Coeur D'Alene, easy access to freeway and 8 minutes to downtown. There is a garage for storage of basic items as well. Rent Terms: 1st, last and $500 damage deposit required to move in. month-to month lease terms, would prefer someone that's going to stay for a while. open to short term options, 30-60-90 days, but the rent would be quite a bit higher.
