(Water, Sewer, Trash costs are $25.00 for one person and an additional $10.00 for each additional person. Electricity depends on your usage). The application is priced at $35 (non-refundable for background, credit, and criminal check) and $100 administrative fees for a one-bedroom and $150 for a two-bedroom (refundable that reserves the apartment for two weeks). NO SECTION 8 OR RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS AT THIS TIME! Before you give us a call or submit an application, please review the rental criteria stated below: 1) We require that you make 2.5 times the monthly rent in gross income.
