The home sits on an oversized lot with a garage that fits two vehicles, and all vehicles must be parked inside the garage overnight to avoid fines imposed by the homeowner's association. The oversized custom wood door at the entrance hints at the extraordinary features throughout the home, including vaulted exposed wood beam ceilings, custom wood shutters, Mexican tile flooring, and Saguaro rib accents that enhance the Southwestern effect. The home features large windows throughout, providing stunning views from every room and plenty of natural sunlight. No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises is allowed, with a $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence or smell of smoke found upon check-out. The no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection. No large gatherings are allowed, and no mailbox access will be granted. Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed due to weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors. The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $90.00 per day plus tax and needs three days to heat to 82 degrees in winter. The second guest bedroom includes a desk, making it suitable for remote work.
