We are looking for someone who will take care of our property and respect the other tenants in the building. This building is filled with great people and we would like to keep it that way. This rental is managed by a married couple and not a management company. We are good landlords and we want people who are interested in picking up after themselves, being respectful to their neighbors, and taking care of our property.
