Rustic cabin in a perfect setting! No power. Had gas generator but is no longer there. Could be a good solar spot-already has a small shed to house a generator or batteries. Propane auto-start would be the way to go. 2 bedrooms - one with a closet, one without but could easily be added. Beautiful treed lot with a nice picnic area and fire pit to enjoy the brisk Colorado evenings! Old timey propane range/oven and neat old woodstove to warm the cabin through-out! Very close to Pike NF, Gold-medal waters and paved Co Rd 102!
