Home sold at time of reporting via agreement between buyer and seller. I was brought in to write the contract and coordinate the transaction. Buyer/Seller had made a verbal agreement a long time ago, but had not put it into a contract. During that time, the buyer has remodeled the home, so market value is now considerably higher than the agreed upon sale price. All information was obtained from Beacon and from Buyer/Seller.
