A 3min flat walk takes you to the popular Baltimore Open Space preserve that offers walking, hiking, running, and mountain biking throughout the entire Mt Tamalpais State Park. The property is furnished and included in the rental fee are all utilities (electricity, gas, water, garbage, gardener, eero wifi).
