There is a 16 x 20 addition attached on the back which adds another 320 sqft. This home has been used for Rental Property since 1994. At the present time is only use is as waterproof storage. Structure is sound, however the interior has been almost completely destroyed due to vandalism. There is also an unattached Utility building with a lean-to on the rear. The septic system was completely re-installed in 2004 with the newest infiltration system at the time. In 2006 a lifted top was installed with metal top. In 2008 the entire mobile home was covered with lifetime guaranteed vinyl siding with 1/2” insulated foam underneath further strengthing the structure. This home was vacated completely in 2011. I have not rented this particular property since then. The well is bored. I have disconnected the power from the property.
