The unit is located in the daylight basement of this recently built home, and as you can see, it has lots of windows for ample sunshine, for those of you who love the natural light. It is an open concept kitchen-living room area. There are LOTS of closets throughout the unit- the closet space in awesome The bathroom is large and has a WASHER and DRYER that has already been provided for you! There is a large shower stall with a seat in it too! (Sorry, no bathtub though). The bedroom is very spacious, with a walk-in closet and an additional double door closet! There is off street assigned parking for two vehicles max. The hot water is electric and the heat source are two mini-splits (heat pumps). If you are not familiar with these yet, you will be delighted once you learn how efficient they are! These also serve as air conditioning units in the summer. The rent is $1,600 includes heat, hot water and ELECTRICITY! $1700 for two people. So sorry- no pets allowed! This is a non-smoking unit and property!
