Our home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, with 1800 sq. ft. of living area, an open concept kitchen, clean and comfortable, perfect location in the heart of Bethel Village with convenience to all that the Sunday River area has to offer. Ski @ Sunday River, Golf @ The Sunday River Country Club (Robert Trent Jones design) or The Bethel Inn Country Club, Canoe or Kayak on The Androscoggin River, Hike, Bike, @ Sunday River Ski resort . There's something for everyone! Please note this is not a yearly rental as we have secured tenants for the months of July and August as well as Christmas week. If you may be interested in a ski seasonal rental for 5 months (minus Christmas week (Monday Dec 26-Friday Dec 30), the rental fee would be $20,000. If 6+ months is preferred, an additional $1,500 per month would be applied. Email Robin for current availability and with any further questions. Additional fees include $150 cleaning fee. Dogs considered but no other pets please.
