Unique, furnished space on 2nd floor of our home with a separate entrance to one bedroom, one full bath, eat-in kitchen and open living area. Close enough to major roadways to be very convenient, but far enough to be nestled in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Dining, shopping, laundromats, universities and healthcare facilities are close! Less than an hour drive to the beautiful Connecticut shoreline, too! Lease terms are flexible; travelling professionals have found this space perfect for a 3 - 6 month situation and I've had other folks who have stayed for 1-2 years. Good idea to start with shorter lease that can be extended once all folks decide it is a good fit. Parking for one car in driveway or two small cars will fit side by side; pets are great if they are up to date on vaccinations and are spayed/neutered and well-cared for - an additional monthly fee is required for each pet ($15). Cats live on the first floor, and there are a few that visit in the backyard, so visiting pets will need to be able to live with that. There is a great farm available less than 2 miles away that is awesome for dog walking on/off leash. This is a NON SMOKING space! This is a small attic apartment that is warm in the summer and can be cool in the winter-baseboard heat works well, as do the window air conditioners when you want cool air. Each room as a ceiling fan. A 43" HD TV is set up for streaming. A quiet house awaits the lucky person(s) who appreciates quiet lifestyle in a quiet neighborhood.
