We don't have any super close neighbors, just ones in the distance!! There is a nice community of people up our way! The Helmig Tree Farm is above us and all around us and then the neighbors down from our property are going to be building and have done an excellent job cleaning up their slice of heaven. The elevation is nice w/ beautiful views up and down the road and you seem to get snow when down in town they usually don't.
