This home has been a wonderful place to raise a family. For anyone who loves nature, privacy and creative landscaping you couldn't find a better scenario. The house was built in the middle of a pine forest. There is an open 2 acres of yard surrounded by 50 ft Pines. The drive comes up through the pines/woods with about 800 ft to the home. The inside flooring is Brazilian flooring throughout and a pellet stove for added warmth during the winter months. There is also a wood burning stove in the basement that will heat all the floors on those very chilly January-Feb nights that enables you to travel the home in shorts and tee shirt. The home has central air also for those hot summer months. The mass pike is 5 minutes away along with 4-5 towns, couldn't be a better centralized location. In my retirement I am forced to downsize. Also the tax amounts shown are incorrect. 550/month covers TAX and insurance. Yearly tax was 6200.
