The house is a 45 minute drive to Springfield; it has 4 bedrooms, 1 bath, and is very clean and remodeled. It has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and curtains in each room. It's on 1 full acre and has an attached machine shed. It's true country living that is not on the highway but set back some. You will have to have excellent references. We offer you a wonderful home, but we expect you to appreciate and care for it as you would your home it in return. Manager will pick up rent inside the house on the first of the month. There is no water fee, but renter is responsible for gas and electric. No smokers are allowed. No pets allowed in house without permission. The machine shed is 'extra' and if intended to be used for a business, then extra rent is expected (all to be discussed). The lease will be a 6 month lease to begin with.
