Private bathroom with tub, assigned outdoor parking spot, personal hallway closet, in-unit washer/dryer. Shared condo with owner. One month lease to start. If we are a good match, I am open to month-to-month, 90-day, or annual leases. No cigarettes, but 420 friendly within reason. Currently a cat owner, would not allow a cat/dog but small caged pets may be discussed. Renter assumes responsibility of cleaning and maintaining a livable environment in their own space (private bedroom and bathroom). Split duties for cleaning shared space, primarily kitchen and living room depending on usage. Owner can maintain hallways and stairs.
