We require a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy. You can secure an apartment with a completed application, photo ID and written income verification. Applicants must have good credit and meet or exceed the minimum monthly gross income requirement of $3,585.00.
