Since we purchased the house in 2009 we have extended the back of the house, enlarging the dining room and bathroom downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs. We put on a new roof, upgraded the electric, put in a new heating and cooling system and added a shed and a generator. We have added spray foam insulation to the roof and walls of the attic and extensions. We have also done extensive landscaping to the front and back of the house, putting in new stone walls, adding a stone patio off the dining room and installing a Zen garden above. In 2014 we remodeled the kitchen putting in stainless steel appliances, including a duel fuel GE Café stove, granite counter tops, marble backsplash and new Asko washer and dryer that both take doors that match the white kitchen cabinets.
