    Clean interior, no damage inside or out. Has 2 guest rooms, NINE ceiling fans remote for bed room and living room. House comes mostly furnished and All landscape tools stay here at no extra charge pool is on timer and low maintenance with solar cover. Easy to maintain and wonderful deck to sun or relax while you or your family swims and bar b ques. Yes: A nice Bar b que comes with the home. Power push and a seperate ride lawnmower come with the home and the home has 2 evaporative coolders in great condition (Master Cools) and they do most of the work needed to keep the house nice and frosty. You rarely need to use the central A/C. I did not use it last year, just the evaporatives. A nice fountain sits off the front porch and there are some solar lights for night and I have boxes of solar lites (25) that you can install anywhere. Neighborhood Description Very quiet with the occasional ATV or horses or cattle roaming along the paved roads. Nights are dark and stars are bright. I have no contact with either neighbor on each side : too far to walk!! and No one has made any unannounced visits. If I want to see people I can go to a community event (check out the Arivaca website for more information) or one of the local cantinas. This is the oldest continuously lived in community in the state of Arizona and is a tight knit community. I made some good friends pretty quickly but; I notice it takes more time to gain trust of the locals. They do not want the town to become commercialized and want to keep its natural beauty. In the monsoon season everything gets reaallyyyyyy GREEN!!! Not your typical desert: it is considered a Neo-Tropical Rainforest here, that is why you see all the rare birds from Cardinals to Orioles to who knows what!!! I have seen family of deer more than 6 times grazing on my property, huge huge jack rabbits, lots of cattle and horses occasionaly stroll right out in front of my home on the street and it is soothing to hear the hoofsteps of both. Most of your little things you need are right in town here but; if you need to do large shopping, or get special tools, etc... Green Valley or Nogales is your best bet.
