Each bedroom features new high-quality mattresses and linens. The master bedroom is furnished with king-size bed, seating areas, and MCM Dresser. Enjoy a luxury en-suite bath experience with large walk-in shower, double sinks, soaker tub and separate vanity areas. Sliding doors provide views and access to the manicured lawn and pool. There's a large walk-in closet so your things will never be cluttered. Providing good privacy, the other wing of the house contains the second master suite, offering a Queen bed and a peaceful pool outlook. The adjacent full bathroom has a walk in shower and exterior door for easy pool access. Two additional Queen bedrooms offer comfortable mattresses, fine linens, and share a remodeled bathroom with Walk-in Shower, dual sinks and ample counter space. Three of the four bedrooms feature flat screen TVs with Netflix and Spectrum Cable. This home is turnkey, fully stocked. Guest amenities include Fast Wi-Fi, ample towels, sheets, quality shampoo/soaps, K-cup coffee pods, washer/dryer and parking for a maximum of 6 cars (3 in the double driveway and three in the 3-car garage). Bikes can be affordably rented and delivered to the house. We welcome your furry family members (up to 2, with payment of the $150 per Dog Fee). Minimum 30 Night Stay; There is no TOT Tax on this rental. This remodeled home is very energy efficient, which is nice to know since Guests will also pay for their actual metered gas and electric usage. An appropriate Advance Utility Deposit will be collected before arrival; the amount ($500-1500) will depend on time of year and the Guest's plans for Pool Heating. Note that monthly rental rate varies for each month. See lease terms section for details. 1 month minimum (30 days). First month rent and fees due at time of booking. Subsequent months rent due 30 days prior to start of the month. Dog Fee is $150 each. Renter pays actual cost of gas and electric utilities. An Advance Utility Deposit of $500-1500 will be due per month, depending on Summer AC usage and Pool Heating intentions. One time Departure Cleaning Fee is $395. No smoking in the house. Minimum $500 fine. Home is already rented Jan - Apr 2023. Rental Rates (+ utilities and fees above): September=$5,995 October, November, December=$7,995 January, February, March, April=$14,995 Multi-month stays may be negotiable.
