This property is stylishly outfitted with all new modern furniture for the quintessential indoor-outdoor living experience. Picturesque Outdoor Setting Splash in the silky, heated Saltwater Pool and Spa; it's easy on the hair, skin and eyes. After your swim, pick a few oranges and grapefruit and go inside to make a fresh juice blend. Head back outside to spend the afternoon soaking up the Sun on the padded Pool-side loungers. This remodeled home is very energy efficient, which is nice to know since Guests will also pay for their actual metered gas and electric usage. An appropriate Advance Utility Deposit will be collected before arrival; the amount ($500-1500) will depend on time of year and the Guest's plans for Pool Heating.
