The features are a single story, a long low roof profile, a simple floor plan with the living area separate from the bedrooms, an attached garage, sliding glass door opening to either a patio or deck, large windows, vaulted ceilings and an exterior of stucco. That pretty much describes my house. Neighborhood Description I have lived in the Woodlands neighborhood of Walnut Creek since 1976 in 3 homes all on the same street - rented the first 2 and bought this one in 1987. It is a terrific neighborhood with excellent schools, good neighbors, and an active homeowners association. I think that all local realtors would agree that it is one of the best areas in Walnut Creek.
